Wanilla golden Oat buscuits

I've just baked the most delicious treats. Instead of snacking on crisps or sweets snack on some healthy oat biscuits. They are very easy to make.  What you will need:
200gr of butter
1 Egg
1/4 Of sugar
3/4 Brown sugar I chose the muscovato version. The sugar is much darker and healthier than plain brown sugar.
1 Tea spoon of soda powder
2 Tea spoons of vanilla extract (preferably organic)
Plain flour
Baking powder.

Add the butter and white and brown sugar into a mixing bowl. Mix the ingredients up until you get a soft consistency. Carry on by adding all the other ingredients listed above. Mix the mixture until it gets all puffy. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Add baking paper so that the biscuits don't stick. Unfortunately I did not have any so I spread a bit of butter onto the tray instead. Using your hands take a small sized amount of mixture and roll them into a ball. Then place the ball onto the tray and pat it down so it looks like a biscuit. Do that until all the mixture is used up. You make bigger sizes if you want by making bigger balls. Place the tray into the oven for 15 minutes. Once 15 minutes is up let your golden biscuits cool down.
Enjoy eating them. It may be hard for you to share them because of how delicious they are. I ate a few and left the rest for my friend. But I am tempted to eat them all.

Dinner at Prezzo

Me and my two best friends Hanna & Martin dined at an exquisite Italian restaurant called Prezzo. The food on offer was all fresh. I chose to eat a creamy pasta with mushrooms. I absolutely love mushrooms. For desert I chose (I can't remember the name) round balls made of doe covered in chocolate sauce. We also sipped on divine wine and fruity cocktails. The interior of the restaurant was classical and modern. I have always loved Italian food and this place was just perfectly perfect.
My desert scrumptious desert. I can't remember what this desert is called.
Martins delicious cheesecake.

Deliciously nutritious spinach smoothie

For breakfast I encourage you to prepare a very healthy smoothie.  Smoothies satisfy our stomache and provide us with lots of energy, which is essential to tackling daily challenges .
Tara Stiles one of my favourite yoga teachers created the most delicious spinache smoothie. She calls it the green dream smoothie. I litereally drink this smoothie every day.
What you will need is:
1 banana
Handful of spinach
1 whole apple
1 orange
Half a lemon
1 whole pear

Cup of almond milk
Blend all the ingredients in the blender and enjoy. :)
Another great feature of this drink is that it contains no preservatives, and sugar in exchange it contains a high dose of natural vitamins , minerals - and thus in the diet are more easily absorbed by the body .

I'm back!

I have accomplished one of my goals and completed university. So now I can finally start blogging again. I thought I would show you what I looked like on my final day at university. It's obligatory to dress smart for this special day. The black jacket was given to me by my mother. The top is from Orsay. The skirt is from Travidarius.

After getting my Bachelor degree I went to visit my auntie and uncle to celebrate my success. Here in Poland we celebrate by drinking vodka. Oh, yes. I also got to play with my precious niece.
All you need is used up toilet paper roll to make binoculars. Pretty simple and fun to play with.
She will light up any room with her smile.

What an amazing way to end the day. My baby niece always brights up my day. I love her so much.

Natural cosmetics became my passion!

I'm taking a break from studying to write a post for you wonderful people out there. :)

I'm crazy and obsessed about the most natural cosmetics. Practically all my cosmetics are 100 % natural. Natural cosmetics ensure safe and healthy skin care. Scientific research confirms that natural substances are better tolerated by the skin than synthetic chemical substances. Natural preparations stimulate and support the skin in its natural physiological functions, while chemical- synthetic do the work instead of your skin, disrupting its natural rhythm and excluding it from the renewal processes. Certified natural cosmetics are not tested on animals. As you can see, you have many reasons to replace synthetic cosmetics to natural cosmetics. ❤️‍

I'm disappearing for a few weeks.

I am going to be super busy for the past few weeks. I have a major exam coming up which will determine whether I get a bachelors degree or not. As for this blog, I have decided to not post anything until I get through this exam. Education comes first for me and I really need to focus on my studying right now. I promise to be back shortly after I've got my bachelor degree. In this last post I am sharing possibly my favourite photos that I took of my niece Matilda. She is just so incredibly beautiful.

See you soon!

Make a splash!

I was invited to celebrate the festival of colours. Unfortunetaly the friend who invited me could not go so I took my two good friends and we went. It was an exciting and overwhelming experience. We all had beer in one hand and coloured powder in the other. You can probably guess what happens next. Coloured powder bursts into the air in an exuberant rainbow of yellows, pinks, greens, purples and blues. So after smearing eachother in bright colours we danced to upbeat Zumba music. I do feel that the holi festivals in Poland will never be as amazing as the one's in the heart of India, but it was fun to get a glimpse of what Holi festivals are all about.

I've added a tiny bit of history about Holi.
Celebrated for hundreds of years and originating in the religious tradition of Hinduism, Holi marks the beginning of spring and also, in a religious sense, the triumph of good over evil. It’s a great reminder that we should settle conflicts, forgive each other and be friends!

It has always been my dream to visit beautiful India and celebrate the festival of colours there. So next spring I am coming to you India.

I'm a rainbow.
